PRECISIONMASKS EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS

Exposure Unit

Exposure Unit

FEATURES:
- Automatic Cycle
- Digital Light Integrator
- Shuttered light source
- Single phase
- Fits through normal door

The PrecisionMask Self Contained Exposure Unit is a compact, cabinet type system for simultaneously exposing multiple resists. Built to high standards essential for continuous use in a commercial environment, it has stove enamelled paintwork. A split construction design allows it to pass through standard doorways for ease of installation. A clear toughened glass top plate is covered by a hinged, gas strut assisted, vacuum chamber frame with a highly flexible neoprene blanket.

The intimate contact required for PrecisionMasks is provided by a high velocity suction pump, giving a remarkably short pull down time. The main light source is a specially modified, dual wattage (high working/low standby), metal halide lamp with an automatic shutter. A yellow fluorescent touch up light is also provided. Reliable and consistent exposures are controlled by means of a digital light integrator control circuit and an automatic vacuum/exposure cycle.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Glass - 69 x 100cm (27" x 40")
Width - 130cm (51")
Height - 114cm (45")
Depth - 94cm (37")
Weight - 150kg (330lb)
Voltage - 220/240 Volts 50/60Hz
(alternative voltages can be supplied)
Lamp - 400W/1600W
Current - 13 amperes

Drying Cabinet

Drying Cabinet

FEATURES:
- Single Phase
- Electronic temp. control
- Integral Extraction System
- Removable trays
- Multi purpose capability

The PrecisionMask Drying Cabinet is a purpose built drying oven designed for fast and flexible production.

A generous, well insulated oven compartment is flanked by the mixing and circulation chambers.

Access is through two full width steel access doors. Eight punched metal trays are removable for remote filling, thus allowing the oven doors to remain closed for most of the cycle and so maintain temperature.

The unit is finished in stove enamelled paintwork and is fitted with adjustable feet.

In operation, a constant supply of fresh air is pulled into the cabinet over the elements. Heated to the required temperature, it is circulated through the unit. The used air is then led away though the unit's ownpowered extraction system.

The operating temperature is quickly reached by the five 500W elements. This is then monitored and maintained by an adjustable temperature control with internal sensor.

The design is such that the oven works on a suction principle to keep fumes out of the work area.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Width - 140cm (55")
Height - 91cm (36")
Depth - 76cm (30")
Weight - 181kg (398lbs)
Voltage - 220/240 Volts 50/60Hz
(alternative voltages can be supplied)
Heater - 2.5kW
Current - 13 amperes

Washout Booth

Washout Booth

FEATURES:
- Galvanised Construction
- Flow/Temperature control
- Back Illuminated Panel
- Pressure Pump
- Air Operated Light Switch

The PrecisionMask Processing Booth is of substantial, galvanised steel construction.

A brightly illuminated rear panel, vital to ensuring the complete processing of finer detailed resists, is controlled by an electrically safe, air operated switch.

The high pressure in-line pump supplies water to a hand held spray unit via a fully adjustable mixer valve located inside the booth.

Confirmation of the water temperature is given by an in-line temperature gauge.

A low pressure cold water supply is all that is normally required for this system to operate correctly. In colder winter temperatures, however, a hot water supply may also be necessary for efficient washing out.

Power requirements for the pump and lighting circuits are single phase.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Lit Panel- 56 x 71cm (22" x 28")
Width - 86cm (34")
Height - 168cm (66")
Depth - 84cm (33")
Weight - 86kg (190lbs)
Voltage - 220/240 Volts 50/60Hz
(alternative voltages can be supplied)
Current - 5 amperes (max)

Film Laminator

Film Laminator

FEATURES:
- Single Phase
- Aluminium Bed
- Right or Left handed
- Heavy Duty Bench Clamps
- Quiet Power Unit

The PrecisionMask Hand Operated Film Laminator is a unique, purpose designed unit. Easy to use, it is quick and reliable in operation and efficiently produces a consistent product.

Based on an extra heavy duty steel frame, the PrecisionMask Film Laminator is fastened to the workbench by a pair of substantial hand clamps.

The main laminating bed is of internally stiffened aluminium with gas strut assisted action. Power is provided by a quiet, remotely mounted industrial vacuum pump.

A standard PrecisionMask sheet size hand laminator is provided, together with a spare (additional and special size laminators can be supplied to order). Any drips are taken care of by a welded stainless steel tray fitted to the base.

The unit is single phase and can be operated from a normal domestic electricity supply.
